IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS

Due to a series of changes in the makeup of conferences, HistoricFootballPosters.com has been required to remove many of the posters which we had previously offered for sale. This game is one of the posters affected.

Hopefully this will be only a temporary setback. You can contact us at sales@historicfootballposters.com if you wish to inquire about any prospects of reinstatements for the upcoming holidays. You will receive a prompt and personal reply. We thank you for your patience, and more than share your frustration.

No team this side of the NFL could have beaten the wartime Army juggernauts of Doc Blanchard and Glenn Davis (they beat Notre Dame by 59-0 and 48-0 in successive years), but this was the Middies' only loss of the season. And the Gib Crockett cover transcended the rivalry, as the Middie and the Cadet joined in painting a bit of celebratory graffiti in commemoration of the Allied victories in Europe and Japan.
