IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS

Due to a series of changes in the makeup of conferences, HistoricFootballPosters.com has been required to remove many of the posters which we had previously offered for sale. This game is one of the posters affected.

Hopefully this will be only a temporary setback. You can contact us at sales@historicfootballposters.com if you wish to inquire about any prospects of reinstatements for the upcoming holidays. You will receive a prompt and personal reply. We thank you for your patience, and more than share your frustration.

You could tell something special was brewing after this game, which was the Boilermakers' first win over Michigan since 1892. By the end of the season, Purdue had produced two All-Americans, a perfect 8-0-0 record, a combined 187-44 victory margin, and in the era before formal polling, a consensus as one of the two best teams in the country. The cover was one of many great ones produced by the Indiana illustrator E. Pierre Wainwright.
